Church is a family that is built on serving each other. God has given us all unique gifts that are meant for serving in Church. At Reliance, there are many opportunities to serve. Serving gives you an opportunity to grow in your relationship with God as well as connect to others at Reliance.
PLACES TO SERVE ON SUNDAY MORNING:
Welcome TeamWe want to be a welcoming and loving church. Our greeting team is a vital part of this goal. Our welcome team arrives 30 minutes before service. Our parking lot team will be outside helping direct traffic and greeting people with a smile and wave. The greeting team is at the Welcome Table serving food, drinks and helping direct people. The ushering team is inside the worship center helping people find seats.

ChildrenKid's Clubhouse is our kid's ministry. At Reliance we value every single person no matter how big or small. Volunteering in our children's department lets someone have an impact that will last a lifetime. Each children worker will complete a back ground check.

MusicOur music team is an important ministry connecting people in a time of worship. We are looking for people who are gifted and passionate about worship. This includes opportunities both on stage and behind the scenes with the production team.

PLACES TO SERVE THROUGHOUT THE WEEK:
LifegroupsLife Groups are the lifeblood of Reliance Church. Each week several Life Groups meet across the city in people's home. We need leaders and hosts for each of these Life Groups. Life Group leaders and assistants help lead a discussion time around a passage of scripture. The host completes the team, as they make a welcoming and stable environment at their homes.

OutreachWe want to share the love of Christ with as many people as possible. We do this through our outreach ministry. We have church wide events that everyone participates in, and we also have ongoing ministries. Every Sunday we have people giving away water bottles to runners in the park before service and then donuts and coffee to the homeless after the service.

GUEST FOLLOW UPWe try to thank every person who visits Reliance. We send thank you notes, call, and visit first time guests, depending on their preference. This is a great opportunity for people who might not be able to volunteer on Sundays. You will be given the contact information and depending on your role, you will contact the guests to say thank you and if there is anything else that can be done to meet their needs.
