Thursday we got to greet the TRBC group who had arrived in the early morning hours, got a little bit of sleep and was ready Thursday at noon to start canvassing the St Pete neighborhoods for our launch. They also canvassed all day Friday as well.  They brought with them the TRBC block party trailer for us to use on Saturday when we had a great time at our Block party at Crisp Park. We so appreciate their help and support !! 
Some of  our team also had family members come and help out which was a blessing also ! 
  Sunday, was our launch day at St Petersburg High School at 10:30 am and it was a success !! We are so very grateful to each and every person who had a part not only physically but from Virginia, and anywhere else that might have been praying for us and our endeavors. Our hearts are full and our cup runneth over from the love and support we have received. 
   Danny preached Sunday from John 10:10, our vision, which is Abundant Life Through Christ.  This was a great message for a great launch day.  

As we prepare for the Launch, we are busy, busy, busy. I am constantly thinking on what needs to be done, so I can only imagine Danny's brain is going 100 mph. It is official, we have secured St Pete High School to have our Sunday services in, yay !! God is good, and we are thankful for his provisions here and his guidance. Danny and the whole team has been much in prayer about this. God provides what we need. I am reminded of the scripture in Romans 8:31, " What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" There was a time just a week ago, I wondered if we would actually get a building for services and the launch as we looked and called and visited places and everything is just so expensive here. I thought to myself " no wonder churches have tried here and failed, everything is sooooo expensive"  Even the high school, but we worked it out now so that we can afford it. That is,  God helped Danny think through a better way and revealed it to him. 
  Be much in prayer for Danny, he lost his Dad Oct 7th and losing a parent is hard, as I lost my dad several years ago suddenly and it's so hard dealing with loss.  We are thankful for all the flowers, cards, food and prayers and encouragement we have received through this and I am confident God is providing that "peace that surpasses all understanding for him" . Though there may be good days and bad, though there may be discouragement and struggles God is good and he is here  with us, strengthening and encouraging us through you, through his word and through his promises.  Keep us in your prayers, because we are doing this !!! This week will be a whirlwind, but I am confident my God is in control, he has a plan and his plan is perfect.
